KIMBERLY DRAKE is Of Counsel to the firm.  She represents a variety of public sector clients including cities and counties, special districts, and judicial branch agencies, judicial officers and court employees in federal and state court. Her practice encompasses tort defense, civil rights litigation, and land use.  She frequently litigates dangerous condition of public property, design immunity, and other personal injury matters.  She handles inverse condemnation cases and various issues arising under the First, Fourth, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, as well as under Title II and VI. She has helped clients respond to civil and criminal subpoenas and secured dozens of workplace/civil harassment injunctions on their behalf.  She has also lent her considerable experience and efforts to election law, revenue and taxation, labor and employment, and other public agency matters. 

Prior to joining Jarvis, Fay, Doporto & Gibson, LLP, Kimberly worked as an associate in the general litigation practice group at the Meyers Nave firm for 9 years, interned in the Government Ethics Division of the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, worked as a campaign aide for a local Board of Supervisors race, and spent over 7 years working with a plaintiffs' firm on high-profile complex litigation and class action litigation.

Kimberly graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2000 and received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1994.
