Kimberly Drake is Of Counsel to the firm. She represents a variety of public sector clients including cities and counties, special districts, and judicial branch agencies, judicial officers and court employees, in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and in special proceedings. Her practice encompasses tort defense and civil rights litigation. She has also lent her considerable experience and efforts to contract disputes, land use, construction law, revenue and taxation, labor and employment and other matters.
Prior to joining Jarvis, Fay, Doporto & Gibson, LLP, Kimberly worked as an associate in the general litigation practice group at the Meyers Nave firm for 9 years, interned in the Government Ethics Division of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, worked as a campaign aide for a local Board of Supervisors race, and spent over 7 hears working with a plaintiffs’ firm on high-profile complex and class action litigation.
Kimberly graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2000 and received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1994.
