Court upholds City of Rocklin's approval of the 558-unit Clover Valley development project.  Rick Jarvis worked closely with the developer and the City of Rocklin to bullet-proof the environmental documentation for the project, and then successfully defended the project from two separate CEQA lawsuits filed by the Sierra Club and the Town of Loomis. A copy of the Court's 28-page decision can be found here.
