DAN DOPORTO'S practice encompasses land use entitlement and permit processing and litigation under various state and federal land use and environmental laws, including CEQA, the state Planning and Zoning Law, the Subdivision Map Act, the Development Agreement laws, the Mitigation Fee Act, and the Urban Water Management and Planning Laws (SB 610 and SB 221). He has guided both public and private clients through numerous land use permitting and regulatory processes to complete residential, commercial, and public projects in jurisdictions throughout Northern California. Dan graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law in 1993. Before he joined the firm, Dan was Of Counsel with Morrison & Foerster.
